USDOT # - Enter your USDOT Number.

NYS Tax ID # - Enter your FEIN (federal employer identification number), including the suffix numbers or SS if applicable. Enter only numbers and/or letters (no dashes), must be 9 to 11 characters.

Renew your International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) credentials beginning November 1, 2026.

Coming in 2027, OSCAR services are moving. To stay informed about the changes, subscribe to Highway use tax (HUT) and IFTA.
OSCAR - Five New York State agencies involved in regulating motor carrier activities have designed a one stop shopping Web site which allows the industry a single point of contact to apply, change, pay for, and receive the operating credentials for HUT/AFC, IFTA, IRP and OS/OW.
